Rodeo Drive will lead West Coast efforts to celebrate Fashion’s Night Out, with over 80 retailers participating in the global shopping event. Rodeo Drive will erect the first-ever Ferris Wheel on the street, with shoppers receiving complimentary rides with proof of purchases made that evening. The evening will include in-store events, cocktail parties and extended shopping hours for all guests. Parking is available at several adjacent lots.

Tom Ford, who largely left the fashion world behind to try his hand in Hollywood, announced his first deal to direct a film called “A Single Man” starring Colin Firth, Julianne Moore and Matthew Goode. He has started filming in Los Angeles already.
